The Training and Education Subcommittee is chaired by Heather Seubert of the FBI Laboratory.
The other subcommittee members are Kenneth Martin of the Massachusetts State Police, Toby Wolson of Miami-Dade Police Department, Richard Eikelenboom a private consultant from The Netherlands, Pat Laturnus of the Ontario Police College, and Jon Forsythe of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
