Legal Subcommittee


This subcommittee has been tasked with assembling the scientific materials necessary to support the acceptance of BPA in courts of law at both the admissibility and trial levels.

Current Membership

The chair of this subcommittee is Jeff Gurvis, Director, National Forensic Support Laboratory.

The other subcommittee members are Brian Allen of the Ontario Police College, Judge Stephanie Domitrovich of the Sixth Judicial District of PA, Terry Laber of Laber and Epstein, and Jon Nordby of Final Analysis Forensics.
